Phase 3 scope of work: included 1,960-SF addition to the existing facility. This addition was inclusive of a 1-story attached building that included: (9) Interior offices, (1) break room, (1) interior storage room, (1) exterior storage room (1) restroom, extension of the existing conference room, exterior back-wall demolition, building foundation & concrete slab, 20-LF of concrete sidewalk, millwork, masonry walls and steam wall, exterior fixed windows, truss and roof system, building Insulation, interior finishes such as metal framing and drywall, doors & hardware, interior and exterior addition painting, carpet, vinyl composite tile and rubber base, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, fire protection, toilet fixtures and plumbing, mechanical and electrical. Phase 4 Scope of Work: included 1,675-SF of existing interior space that required remodeling such as: Converting the indentified administrative suites into an area that now accommodates (4) dental chairs, expanding the existing pharmacy area and converting (3) existing offices into medical exam rooms, provide the required electrical outlets and data to support room modifications, installation of upper and lower level cabinets & shelves as identified on the pre-bid handout, revise interior pharmacy pick-up window, relocation of identified interior walls, floor patching and  saw-cutting, interior painting, millwork, fire extinguishers, electrical and plumbing as required.
