RL Burns  provided  clean up and patching of floors, walls and ceilings in the “back of house” area, repairs to walls, doors and wall penetrations and the addition of new acoustical ceilings in 4 offices.  New metal stud and drywall work at existing walls needing to be brought up to appropriate fire rating (including fire stopping at wall penetrations).  Scope also includes repairs and refinishing back wall of existing ticket counters and scales. Also included is relocation of existing ticket counters as well as coordination of all electrical, data and scale re-certification in the existing counters. Mechanical work includes demolition of existing ductwork and re-ducting in work areas as well as the addition of 4 new VAVs, replacement of 7 existing VAVs and 1 new FCU.  Also included is Electrical & Data, Fire Protection, and plumbing upgrades (2” condensate drain for new FCU).
