The Energy Modernization Project consisted of four buildings. The NASPEN Historic Aircraft Museum received new Leo lights throughout, new lighting controls and low flush, low volume bathroom fixtures.  This facility remained in operations and was phased.  The Museum Maintenance Shop received new High Bay LED lights, new mechanical system and building automation controls. The Energy Plant received new motor starter controls and Siemens Mechanical Automation system.  This system provided a 40% reduction in energy usage.  The Museum Restaurant received new LED lighting and controls. The scope for this particular project includes HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
