ABOUT THE PROJECT

The V-587 Hyatt McCoy’s Project consisted of the furnishing and installation of all materials, necessary to gut the entire restaurant to include demo and removal of existing tables, booth seating, bar stools and window treatments in general seating, installation of over 200 pieces of kitchen equipment, flooring, wall and ceiling finishes in all areas of the McCoy’s Restaurant at the Orlando International Airport.   The scope of work also included but was not limited to patch and prep for new finishes, demolition of all existing millwork including low walls around perimeter of upper seating area as well as the existing bar and install new walls and bar area, new kitchen equipment, new HVAC and exhaust system, rewire and install new lighting, demolition of demising wall between lobby east area and restaurant and installation of new framing for new wall with storefront glazing and new doors to lobby east area. This project was completed in ninety days and required all permitting and DOH approvals for receipt of CO.
